COVID-19 TRAINING
Is your gym closed? No problem. At SAF, we've created two workouts that require only 1-3 pieces of equipment. You can still train at home, in your driveway, or even in the park. If you have a kettlebell, foam roller, weight plate, and/or a medicine ball, you are prepared for both UNCLE & DIRTY THIRTY. Good luck!
